Ingredients:

Skinned or skinned salmon fillet of 1-2 lb

Two tablespoons of olive oil

One tablespoon of lemon juice

One teaspoon of garlic powder

Paprika 1/2 – 1 tsp

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Lemon wedges as for the serving

Fresh dill for garnishing (Optional)

Equipment:

Use gas or charcoal grill for this recipe

Use grill brush

Fish spatula or Tongs

Any instant read thermometer (This tool is strongly recommended)

Preparation:

Prepare the grill: Light your grill and set it to medium-high temperature (about 400-450°F). Using a grill brush, clean the grates well so that there is no residue left that might stick to the fish fillets.

Marinovaţi somonul (opţiune dar se recomandă): Într-un bol mic, amestecaţi ulei de măsline, suc de lămâie, usturoi pudră, paprika, sare şi piper. Se pune fileul de somon în farfurii puţin adânci şi se toarnă la peste aceasta marinada.
